If a home is tidy and well staged little to no photo editing will be required.  However, in an imperfect world, there will sometimes be unavoidable obstacles to an attractive photograph.  For example, if a home is still occupied, a proper staging might not be possible.  Also, occasionally there are moving boxes, or landscaping that needs to be corrected (such as leaves) or work in progress (such as mulching).

I can edit most photos to provide a “cleaned up” photo while not misrepresenting a home.

Here are some examples.

Blue Sky Guarantee

With all of my real estate photography, I provide a “blue sky guarantee” which means that exterior photographs will be edited to show a blue sky, usually with a few scattered clouds, to improve the “feel” of the home.  Minor edits like these are included in my standard photography packages.

In the sample below, the sky was replaced with a blue sky, and the grass was “greened-up”.  A couple more edits include the removal of the basketball backboard on the left, and a distant garage, which normally wouldn’t be noticed when looking at the home.

Virtual De-clutter and Staging

Some homes are cluttered at the time of the photoshoot.  Unfortunately, this is not an accurate representation of the home since the boxes and other clutter do not convey with the home.  In these cases, I can provide a virtual declutter and staging service.  In most cases the staging will be included with the decluttering.  This can actually save time (and money) since the staging can often hide flaws in the declutter process.  For example, floor tile joints that may not align properly.

Virtual Twilights

Virtual twilight photographs show the home in a twilight setting which catches the eye, and increases interest. This results, in more attention from potential buyers.
