Real Estate Photography
and Floor Plans

Photography

Online photos and floor plans are the new “curb appeal” of residential real estate.

I have been photographing buildings for over 40 years.   I have also photographed over 100 homes for a leading real estate photography agency, and am prepared to bring that experience to your clients.

I have developed an exclusive form of photography that combines flash and ambient light (flambient) to assure accurate color reproduction and realistic shadows and highlights, as well as capturing windows without hot spots, or color casts from different light sources.

Professional Floor Plans

While photographs are important to show the character of a home, floor plans are essential to understanding the layout.

81% of consumers agree that they’re more likely to view a home if the listing includes a floor plan that they like (2021 Zillow Consumer Housing Trends).

Too often, the floor plan is an after thought, or simply relegated to a “doll house” view.  However, quality floor plans are as important in making a good first impression as quality photographs.

As a retired architect with over 45 years experience drawing floor plans, you can be assured of the highest quality floor plans from me.

Virtual Tours

Virtual tours allow clients to view properties from the comfort of their own homes, at any time they wish. According to a study by Matterport, properties with virtual tours receive 49% more qualified leads than those without. By providing virtual tours, real estate agents can attract more potential buyers, especially those who are unable to attend in-person viewings.

We provide four Virtual Tour Options:

  1. Zillow 3D Homes
  2. Matterport
  3. Ricoh 360
  4. HQ Floor Plan Tour
